Made from 100% pure polycarbonate by Makrolon® and Clarnate®, exceptionally strong and lightweight. The unique flexibility of polycarbonate allows the shell to absorb impact without cracking; this same high-performance material is also used in SWAT shields and bullet resistant glass. While many brands use low grade materials such as ABS, we recommend choosing for our premium polycarbonate since the suitcase shell is the core of a truly durable travel case.
