Once your order has left our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking link from the shipping provider. This link can be used on the shipping partner’s website to see where your order is located.

Orders in the Netherland and, Belgium are delivered within 1 day (Weekend excluded). Orders to Germany and France are delivered within 2-5 days (Weekend excluded). Delivery time of UK, US and other international orders varies from 2-5 days (Weekend excluded). We recommend keeping an eye on your tracking link for the estimated delivery time.
We always ship free of charge. International shipments, outside of the EU, may be subject to duties or taxes upon arrival, as required by customs in the destination country. We will fully reimburse these costs. Please send a message with your order details and proof of payment to info@8dakozo.com, and we will refund you the full cost. Please note that these charges will be deducted from your refund

Setup in 6 steps
1.If the number combination isn't 0-0-0, set the number combination to 0-0-0.
2.Remove the zippers from the lock by sliding the button with "TSA007" to the side.
3.Press the small button between the numbers and the zipper with the tip of a pen. This button now remains pressed.
4.Set your own numerical code. Remember it well.
5.Press the button with "TSA007" again until you hear a click. The small button shoots up again.
6.Test the new code by entering your own invented number combination.
Yes, our 20-inch suitcases meet the hand luggage dimensions of the most airlines. We do recommend that you always check this with the company. what you fly with, as rules may differ per airline or could be stricter.
